Welcome to Babbling Brooks, a blog where I write about my awkward attempts at becoming a writer, living well, and just trying to be a human on earth.

I started this blog after graduating with a creative writing degree and nowhere to go with it. Originally called ‘Assumed Lost,’ the blog was an outlet from my crazy library job and a place to capture my wandering thoughts and attempts at adulting and getting through life. Nine years later and I’m still figuring it all out through these rambles.
